In my experience, what prevents many people from getting started is a lack of feeling supported.  When you embark on a new path, it can feel daunting. And if you don’t have community support or a partner, this new undertaking can be super challenging.

Hi, I’m Diane.

I’m the founder and coach here at What’s Plant-Based Cooking Good Looking?. We specialize in helping people shift to a more plant-based lifestyle.

A lot of compassionate people I know struggle with cognitive dissonance in their lives. I help them eat more compassionately so that their values are in line with their actions. 

And we all know people struggling with preventable and reversable diseases. I help them learn to eat healthy whole plant foods which improves their health and how they feel. 

I am passionate about animals and all things plant-based nutrition and cooking. I’ve studied plant-based nutrition at Cornell and written books about compassion toward animals. I hold a vegan health coaching certificate, and have made it my life’s mission to help more people eat plant-based in a way that suits them.

Working one-on-one with me will help you:

Though my guidance, I initiate clients into a new way of eating and relating to food, which brings physical and emotional health benefits plus the satisfaction of knowing they are contributing to the creation of a conscious world and respect for the interdependence of all life forms.
