Hey Good Looking! (Yes, You.)

What’s Plant-Based Cooking in Your World?

PLANT-BASED COOKING AND EATING DEMYSTIFIED

Easily learn to cook (and eat) healthy plant-based foods? Is this possible?

Yes.

How do I know? Because I meet people every day embracing a plant-based lifestyle who were hesitant at first. They are now healthier than ever and living in line with their values.

If you’ve ever thought: I’ve been hearing about the health benefits of eating plant-based but it just seems too hard (for any one of a gazillion reasons).

OR

If you’ve ever thought: I love animals so much. I really wish I wasn’t part of their suffering, but I don’t know how to eat any other way.

You are not alone. And we are here to support you.

Hi, I’m Diane.

I’m the founder and coach here at What’s Plant-Based Cooking Good Looking?. We specialize in helping people shift to a healthy plant-based lifestyle.

I originally went plant-based for the animals. Other than breakfast and making salads, I had NO idea how to cook anything plant-based. I was overwhelmed. The ingredients were foreign and I wasn’t confident diving into a vegan cookbook alone.

Then I took a vegan cooking class and it changed everything. The class gave me confidence to cook more recipes on my own.

Since then, I’ve become passionate about all things plant-based nutrition and cooking. I studied plant-based nutrition at eCornell, I hold a Vegan Lifestyle Coaching and Education certificate, and have made it my life’s mission to help more people eat plant-based in a way that suits them.

In a non-judgmental environment, we help make plant-based work for you and help you successfully implement the changes you want to make.

It doesn’t matter if you are simply curious about eating plant-based or if you are ready to dive into the vegan lifestyle. Our recipes, blogs, cooking classes and coaching programs give you the tools you need to become more confident incorporating plant-based into your life.

You don’t have to experiment with a plant-based lifestyle alone. I’ve got you. And you’ve got this.

Why and How I Went Plant-Based (and Vegan)

I don’t remember having a particular passion when I was a kid.  I loved being outdoors which is a good thing because I grew up in the 70’s where we were always in the backyard, making “clubs” in the woods with my siblings, playing outside with friends, walking to the neighbor’s house.
