About

Diane Rose-Solomon has been vegan since 2019. She originally went vegan for the animals and other than breakfast and making salads, didn’t have any idea how to cook anything plant-based. That is, until she took a vegan cooking class.

The class helped build her confidence. It enabled her to see that once you have the proper ingredients and a good recipe, it’s just as simple as cooking the old way.

Diane has a Masters in Social Entrepreneurship and Change from Pepperdine University,  completed the Plant-Based Nutrition Program Certification at Cornell, and just became a Vegan Lifestyle Coach and Educator through Main Street Vegan.

The Cornell Program taught her how empowered we can be by choosing a whole food plant-based lifestyle. And now that she knows how much healthier it is to eat a whole food plant-based diet, she couldn’t help but support others get started cooking and eating plant-based.

Earning the designation of Vegan Lifestyle Coach and Educator through Main Street Vegan inspired Diane to advance her vegan and plant-based advocacy.
