January happens once a year, but healthy plant-based cooking and eating can happen every day.
This cooking class was originally created for anyone who wanted to learn how to cook a few recipes in celebration of Veganuary. The response to the class was so wonderful that it is now available year-round. All sessions were recorded and easily accessible.
Over the course of four sessions, we learned how to cook SIX recipes. I was in my kitchen cooking some of my favorite, affordable and easy recipes. I call it a cook-along because you are welcome to have your ingredients ready to go and cook-along with me. OR, you can just watch the videos and cook the recipes another time.
The class includes four recordings and the corresponding recipes. As a bonus, I compiled a resource list in response to some of the class discussion.
This course is for you if:
🌿 You’ve been thinking about eating more plant-based (or going vegan) and you feel overwhelmed.
🌿 You want to learn how to cook a few more easy plant-based meals.
🌿 You are like me and having a vegan recipe isn’t enough- you can use a little extra support getting started.
🌿 You want cooking plant-based to be fun and not stressful.
🌿 You love the idea of learning how to cook healthy plant-based but you’ve never tried it before.
🌿 You already know how to cook plant-based and want to expand your repertoire.
🌿 You watch some of the vegan chefs online and it moves too quickly.

At the end of a cooking session, one student said:
“It’s so easy.” -Kathy P
Yes, it is easy. But it can also feel overwhelming until you’ve tried it and realize that it IS easy.
I remember how weird the plant-based ingredients looked until I took a cooking class and learned how to cook with them. Now it’s second nature.
That’s why we’re offering this class. So it can get easy for you, and you can go from plant-based curious to plant-based confident.
In addition to cooking, we discussed a variety of vegan, health and plant-based topics. I created a resource list that answers many of the questions in more detail. That resource list is included with your purchase.
Lots of questions were asked and answered and I am available to answer yours should they come up.
The consequences of not learning how to cook and eat healthy plant-based are potentially diabetes, high cholesterol, heart disease, cancer, cognitive decline, low energy, extra weight and more.
The consequences of not eating plant-based are living in opposition to your morals and values.
I look forward to supporting your plant-based cooking and eating journey. Feel free to reach out with questions. Diane at whatsplantbasedcooking dot com.
