We are living in stressful times. Yet, there are also many lifestyle tools available to help us destress.

Did you know that the food you eat affects your mood?

Our mental health is equally as important as our physical health, and one often affects the other. Life can be stressful but there are steps we can take to help ease the stress.

MANY OF THOSE STEPS CAN EASILY BE FOUND RIGHT ON YOUR PLATE!

Join plant-based cooking instructor, Diane Rose-Solomon, and Psychologist and author, Angela Crawford, PhD, for a Food for a Better Mood: Cook and Learn class.

šŸŽ Learn from Dr. Crawford about the impact of food on our mood, and how plant-based food can positively affect mood.

šŸŽ Diane will be teaching how to cook a delicious, healthy and simple meal using mood-boosting ingredients.

šŸŽ Bonus #1: Additional recipes will be shared with even more mood-boosting plant ingredients.

šŸŽ Bonus #2: Receive researched literature about Food and Mood and how and which plants can positively affect us.

šŸŽ Bonus #3: Every participant will be entered into a raffle and two lucky winners will receive a copy of Dr. Crawfordā€™s upcoming book: The Vegan Transformation: A Journey to Heal Yourself and the World.

We will be cooking Vegan Bulgogi! This dish is a quick and healthy weeknight meal. Bulgogi is a traditional Korean beef dish. We retain the delicious flavors, remove the detriments of beef,Ā  and add in plant-based goodness to our plant-based version. It’s super easy too.Ā
