 I also remember how much easier it got after I took my first vegan cooking class…and it just keeps getting easier.  It can be that way for you too.

Wanna know a secret? I’m not a trained chef. You know what that means? You don’t have to be fancy in the kitchen either.

I’m good at getting tasty, healthy and affordable meals on the table. I show you how it can be easy for you too. 

You can either cook along with me, or just watch me demonstrate and you cook later.

Just bring your curiosity and willingness. I’ll bring the resources and experience.

We will learn how to prepare and enjoy simple healthy plant-based meals, snacks and desserts.

You’ll see how satisfying plant based cooking is and how doable it is for you.

Plus, it’s actually fun and creative.

Any of these classese are for you whether you already cook or it’s all new to you.

Meet Your Cooking Teacher 

I’m Diane.

I’m the founder, cooking teacher and coach here at What’s Plant-Based Cooking Good Looking?. We specialize in helping people shift to a more plant-based lifestyle.

I originally went plant-based for the animals. Other than breakfast and making salads, I had NO idea how to cook anything plant-based. I was overwhelmed. The ingredients were foreign and I wasn’t confident diving into a vegan cookbook alone. 

Then I took a vegan cooking class and it changed everything. The class gave me the confidence to cook more recipes on my own.

Since then, I’ve become passionate about all things plant-based nutrition and cooking. I’ve studied plant-based nutrition at eCornell, I hold a Vegan Lifestyle Coaching and Education certification, and have made it my life’s mission to help more people like you eat plant-based in a way that suits you best.

You’ll leave the class knowing how to cook a simple, fun, delicious plant-based meal from scratch with confidence. And you’ll have new knowledge about living a plant-based lifestyle in a way that works for you.

If your question is not answered below, please contact us via this page, and we'll be happy to answer it.

What if I can't attend live?

No problem. The class will be recorded so you can watch and cook the recipe on your own time. We will even host an additional Q and A a few days after the class for people who cannot attend live.

Do I need to buy special kitchen supplies beforehand?

You do not. Everything we cook will have the option to use what you have on hand.

What if I can't find the ingredients for the class in my local grocery store?

We will give you tips for sourcing any ingredients that might be harder to find. Plus we’ll share ways you can substitute ingredients if needed.

Do I have to show my face and talk on the screen in front of other people?

Only the chef and host will be on camera. All participants will be watching (and cooking along if you’d like!) and able to ask questions via a chat feature during the class.

How do I get my questions answered in the class?

We will utilize the chat feature in the livestream. Simply ask your question and either the host or chef will respond. If you have any questions after the fact, we will host an additional Q and A. You are always welcome to email us too!

Will I be able to watch the class anytime I want?

Yes- once you purchase the class it will be yours to watch whenever and however often you’d like.

Will I receive written instructions for the recipes as well?

Absolutely! We will send out a list of the recipe ingredients a week prior to class with the complete recipe instructions.
