Savory Tofu Scramble
This recipe is originally from one of my favorite vegan chef/bloggers, Sam Turnbull of It Doesn’t
Taste Like Chicken. She taught the first vegan cooking class I attended, which helped
me gain confidence cooking plant-based. Her priority is good tasting food and I respect
that! It has to taste good or I’m not interested either.
Since that class, though, I’ve learned to
modify recipes to make them healthier, including this one. This recipe is great for a high
protein breakfast, brunch or lunch! It also has lots of veggies and beans. Feel free to
include or omit any ingredients that you don’t like.
You can either gather the ingredients and cook along with me, or watch the video and cook later.
