TOFU TERIYAKI COMPLETE DINNER

When I first started cooking plant-based, this was my husband’s favorite recipe. It’s still probably in his top 5. I love it too. It is also kid-friendly. 

In this class we make a slightly healthier version of Sam Turnbull’s Easy Sticky Teriyaki Tofu!  In fact, we cook the whole meal- exactly as I do- with brown rice and broccoli. 

The original recipe calls for brown sugar, sesame oil (which I love, but don’t use anymore) and oil to fry in the frying pan. I’ve modified it a few different ways and share those alternatives here and with you in class. 

Expect to have a complete, healthy, family friendly dinner ready in no time!
