 We had so much fun teaching plant-based cooking in January, we’re doing it again! Because it’s summer (in the northern hemisphere), we won’t be using the oven. (At least it will be optional for one dish.) 

The 7 week* class is going to be action packed and will have a twist.  In 6 cooking sessions, you will learn to cook at least 12 healthy plant-based dishes. Midway through the class we take a break from the kitchen and the hour will be an opportunity for you to get your plant-based questions ANSWERED!

The last cooking week will be a BONUS cheese class. (Yes, plant-based cheese!)

Here’s how it works:

🌱 The first three weeks we will be in the kitchen cooking up a plant-based storm.  

🌱 Week four will be a coaching/discussion/Q and A class all about plant-based nutrition, why it’s healthy and worth learning how to cook and eat.  You can also ask questions about the cooking. We’ll get your questions answered during that session.  Of course, you’ll be able to ask questions as we go, but we are including this session so you leave the class more confident about cooking and eating plant-based.

🌱 Then we’ll get back to the kitchen for three more weeks and have more fun exploring new recipes and dishes.

🌱 Each class will run 60-75 minutes long. Most will be closer to 60. 

Class will be held Wednesdays* on ZOOM at 2 pm PT/ 5 pm ET starting August 7th. 

NOTE: This class is already underway. You are still welcome to join us. You will receive recordings from previous classes, so you won’t have missed a thing. 

(*The first 6 classes will be consecutive, then we take a two week break. The final bonus cheese class will be Monday September 30th.)

You can either cook along with me, or just watch me demonstrate and then you cook later. 

And all of the sessions will be recorded in case you have to miss. 

If cooking (and eating) plant-based feels hard, I show you how it can be easy. Just bring your curiosity and willingness. I’ll bring the resources and experience. 

We will learn how to prepare and enjoy simple healthy plant-based meals, snacks and desserts. I’m not a trained chef. You know what that means? You don’t have to be fancy in the kitchen either. I know how overwhelming it can feel before cooking a new plant-based dish or meal. And I also know how satisfying it is once you see how easy and doable it is for you. 

I’ve been doing this for a few years now and it keeps getting easier. I remember having no idea what I was doing in the kitchen when I first went plant-based. And I remember how much easier it got after I took my first cooking class. 

Plus, this is going to be fun. Even if you already know how to cook, it’s wonderful to be in community with other like-minded people. 

All the classes will be recorded so if you can’t make one (or if the time doesn’t work for you at all,) you’ll have the recording. I will be available via email if you have questions!
