This Summer “No Oven” plant-based cooking class was conceived when I decided that I had enjoyed teaching my first class and wanted to teach again. But it was already summer, and who wants to turn on their oven when it’s hot?

Not me!

The best part is, everything we made can be enjoyed year-round. 

The 7 session class is action packed and has a twist.  In 6 cooking sessions, you will learn to cook at least 12 healthy plant-based dishes. Midway through the class we take a break from the kitchen for a plant-based presentation/coaching/Q and A hour. 

OVERVIEW:

🌱 The first three sessions are in the kitchen cooking up a plant-based storm.  

🌱 Session four is a coaching/discussion/Q and A class all about plant-based nutrition, why it’s healthy and worth learning how to cook and eat.  If you weren’t there live with us, you are welcome to reach out to me with your questions. 

🌱 Then we get back to the kitchen for three more cooking sessions and have more fun exploring new recipes and dishes. (Of course with the recording you can watch/cook in any order you’d like.)

🌱I also created a list of resources- films, books etc. and included it as a bonus when you download the class.

🌱 Each class will runs approx. 60 minutes long.  

If cooking (and eating) plant-based feels hard, I show you how it can be easy. Just bring your curiosity and willingness. I’ll bring the resources and experience. 

You can either cook along with me, or just watch me demonstrate and you cook later. 

We will learn how to prepare and enjoy simple healthy plant-based meals, snacks and desserts.

I’m not a trained chef. You know what that means? You don’t have to be fancy in the kitchen either. I’m good at getting a tasty, healthy and affordable meal on the table. I show you how it can be easy for you too. 

I know how overwhelming it can feel before cooking a new plant-based dish or meal. And I also know how satisfying it is once you see how easy and doable it is for you. 

I’ve been doing this for a few years now and it keeps getting easier. I remember having no idea what I was doing in the kitchen when I first went plant-based. And I remember how much easier it got after I took my first cooking class. 

Plus, this is actually fun and creative. 

This class is for you whether you already cook or it’s all new to you.
